HOUSING
Housing has formed a large part of BJW Associates growth
and no job is too big or too small, subject to the office’s
current commitments. Illustrated is a typical example of BJWA’s
success in blending the new with the old whilst still
being pleasingly fresh, and a contribution to the townscape
or landscape. Here the RIBA Client Services directed T Julian
resident of Denton Close Luton to BJWA for a cost effective
design delivered in 2002 on a limited time scale. |

SPORTS FACILITES
Associated with education sector design are sports facilities
such as the current feasibility studies for Northgate High
at Dereham, associated with the Willmott Boddington Partnership.
Illustrated here is the 2003 New Sports Hall at Stewartby for
the Martson Vale School near Bedford, where Mouchel Property
Services engaged B J Warren as a team design architect
for this successful
project. |

amongst many other county council schemes carried out under
project

SCHOOLS
Further to the above BJW has designed /extended /refurbished
many schools and other local authority establishments (eg disabled
accommodation) across 3 Counties, Herts Beds and Bucks. One
of the most successful was the 1995 Stoke Mandeville County
Combined School extensions (illustrated) which won 2 awards
